What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect what you type into the form. On the contact form that is your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. On the free survey form it is your name, email address, phone number (optional), site address and type of property.
Like most websites, this one also records technical data when you visit: your IP address and browser details (user agent). We use this for security and to control spam, and it is held in the site's session records and server logs.
Why we collect it
We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange your free survey. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Each enquiry is emailed to info@maxigiene.co.uk. A copy is also saved in the website's database, so that it is not lost if the email fails. We keep enquiries for 24 months, then they are deleted automatically.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookies it sets are a session cookie and a CSRF cookie, which the site needs to work and to protect the enquiry forms from misuse. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use any third-party tracking.
