About
Maxigiene is a family owned company situated in Lancashire, specialising in Legionella Control, water hygiene and general hygiene compliance for the last 16 years. We provide independent and impartial consultation advice on all matters relating to the control, management and prevention of Legionella and its associated risks in accordance with ACoP L8 and guidance document HSG274, as well as general hygiene advice. As well as qualified Legionella risk assessors and hygiene technicians we have a fully qualified plumbing team who also hold G3 unvented Water Heater Building Regulations qualifications, Water Regulations qualifications and have also undertaken courses on Legionella monitoring programs and Health and Safety. We can also provide services based around void properties including clearance, disinfection and also the decommissioning and recommissioning of water systems to ensure water within properties is safe for the use of new tenants. Maxigiene provide FLUIDZONE, an electronic logbook, where all records collated during Legionella control works are stored, to which the client has access. This enables the client to access all recorded data from multiple sites from a central location and so reduces the amount of time needed to ensure that their sites are compliant. Maxigiene offer a free survey of your site to help you achieve compliance, whilst offering a competitive quote.
